2025/26 EMTC Presentation Evening

Wednesday 1st April @ Echuca Workers Club

From 5:30pm for 6pm start.

Complimentary drink from EMTC upon arrival!

Alternate Drop Main & Dessert.

MAIN (alternate drop):

- CHICKEN BREAST IN FILO stuffed with fetta & sundried tomatoes with a creamy white wine sauce. Served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

- OVEN BAKED PORTERHOUSE served with red wine jus, scalloped potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

DESSERT (alternate drop):

- CHOCOLATE BROWNIE served hot with vanilla bean ice cream.

- MERINGUE ROULADE topped with fresh fruit salad, berry coulis & cream.

Children's menu (strictly Under 12 only).
